Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. Dort fanden wir nur 1 Bad statt 2 vor, wurden kontinuierlich per WhatsApp vom Gastgeber „hingehalten“ mit verschiedenen Taktiken. Nach außen hin, ließ man es so aussehen als würde man sich kümmern um uns. Mit 2 Kleinkindern, die vorab in der Buchung angegeben wurden, ist Venedig an sich aber der reinste Horrortrip. Wir hatten extrem hohe Extrakosten die bisher nicht erstattet wurden. Wir fanden Schimmel in der viel zu kleinen Wohnung vor, defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände und offene Kabelleitungen. Fewo-direkt hat sich offensichtlich nicht für unser Problem interessiert und wir haben ganz klar den Verdacht dass es sich hier um vorsätzlichen Betrug handelt.
