The location of this apartment was perfect for a more quiet area of Venice. Still everything you need was within a 5 minute walk. 5 stars for the location and quaintness. The apartment is okay- we arrived to air conditioning problems, too late at night to deal with but the host was very good about getting it fixed while we were out exploring Venice the next day. There is a gondola pick up point right outside the apartment that is not nearly as busy as the other gondola pick ups. Great restaurants, coffee, croissants within 3 minutes. WiFi was down the whole time we stayed there. Bathroom needs some help- either a deep clean or a refresh….not terrible, but could be better. It would be great for the host to put a coffee maker in the kitchen. Location=great. Space for 4 adults=great. Host=great.

Unforgettable vacay

Everything was very good! First, after following the detailed instructions, we got our keys & found our apartment. When we stepped in, it was very clean, bright & smelled so fresh. Good WiFi & comfy beds. We definitely will book it again next time. Tks for giving us such a gorgeous stay!

Location was convenient but property was dirty and even basic cleaning was missing including hairs and dirt on the floor, we had to come in and clean it ourselves. ironing board was broken and property was missing SOAP and basic stuff required to stay in the property

Property was clean, but full of huge mosquitos. We kept killing them but somehow they kept appearing. Property was on a first floor which was convenient but right near the canal, and even though we did not open the windows giant mosquitos were everywhere and bite my son all over. It was closer to Train station, but had to walk 30 minutes to get to the center, if traveling with suitcases I guess its better to stay near train station, since you have to carry them through stairs, and it is a real pain... otherwise if light traveling its better to rent closer to Doges Palace, cause thats where all the attraction was.

The apartment is relatively close to the train station, clean, large, full kitchen, washing machine, good beds and soft pillows. We had a problem with the key, but they quickly sent somebody to fix it. The only strange thing is requiring to throw out all the garbage before you leave, but I think this is more of a Venice issue than an apartment one. The other thing is getting many emails about the apartment, other about the city tax, another about keys, etc. Too many and when traveling you forget about all the steps and deadlines, one single email with all steps when doing the reservation would be more helpful.
