The airy interior is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 5 and a fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

On the apartment’s terrace, there are two private outside dining areas and a sunlounger. The shared pool is below the residence and includes sunbeds where guests can relax after a refreshing dip.

Location
The apartment is well located on the hillside above the coast, the apartment is in a glorious setting. It is just a few minutes from the Hanbury Botanical Gardens, which spread across the Capo Mortola. There are rare plants and antique fountains. It is a lovely place to while away a few hours.

It is just a few minutes walk from the coast and close to panoramic hiking and cycling trails away from sea. If you can tear yourself away from the residence’s lovely swimming pool, there a many fine beaches close by, including the Spiaggetta dei Balzi Rossi (4 minutes), an absolute gem of a beach, with white pebbles and sparkling clear water.

The larger town of Ventimiglia is just 10 minutes away. Here visitors can explore its medieval Old Town and enjoy delicious food at the wide range of restaurants and cafés. Ventimiglia’s famous weekly market is every Friday where you can find everything from clothes to homewares. There is also the quieter covered market that is open daily and where you can buy the very best local produce. Otherwise, there are several supermarkets and other amenities for daily necessities.

Nice airport is 55 minutes away.
