Anchorage Retreat - 3 minute walk to Ventnor bay beach

This property has 3 bedrooms and will sleep 8 comfortably in 1 x queen bed and 2 x tri bunks (double on the bottom and single on top).

With plenty of seating you can enjoy watching a movie and on those frosty nights enjoy the warmth of the wood heater. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The family bathroom has a bath and there is a separate laundry with washing machine. Enjoy a bbq on the back deck whilst watching the kids play in a peaceful setting!

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
