Awesome brand new townhouse in Ventnor, Phillip Island.

Beaut 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus completely separate self contained granny flat with own bathroom and full kitchen.

5mins from the beach and around the corner from the Hemsworths old family home : ). Main living upstairs with kitchen, dining and lounge, along with master bedroom plus powder room. Large balcony over looking the water, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cold beer to end the day

Downstairs there are two additional double rooms (one opening onto a large balcony) plus bathroom and laundry. There is a lawn area on lower level, large BBQ for cooking up a feast plus a fire pit for chilling out in the evenings.
