Hotel is so close to the Pier , (quite awesome). We had a great time at Main Street which is so close to the hotel . We walked to the Mission ( my favorite Mission so far , they have a nice garden and on Sundays, more coffee self serve after the mass and food . A very pleasant short walk with stops at Cafes ( Loved it ) restaurants, shopping ( Antiques , thrift shops and gift shops ). We truly enjoyed our overnight stay. Will be back again. Easy parking too and good breakfast.

If you are mold sensitive, this was a great find, at least for me. The rooms had all been remodeled. That often doesn't mean much for me. However eveything in the room looked new and I felt fine there. The cleaning staff were very courteous. The front desk was OK.

A great stay at the Ventura Best Western. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The rooms were spotless. A yummy breakfast of bacon, sausage, omelets, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cereals, waffles, fruit and more. It was obvious the staff takes pride in keeping their guests happy. A great place to stay.

Nice little hotel just off the road new air conditioning heater has a train that comes by in the middle of the night, but not that big of a deal. Nice little hotel will come back again.

The beds are extremely soft and Injurious to anyone who doesn’t have a back problem and detrimental to those who already have a back problem or a disability. The handicapped rooms is dangerous and the beds are so low to the ground that a disabled person will not be able to rise after sitting in the bed. Also, the bedframe is exposed and will be a trip hazard. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Noisy location but walkable

Train and highway right outside the bathroom window made it kind of loud, but location was walkable to restaurants, shopping, and a close drive to the waterfront
