The house furnished in modern style has large windows from which you can enjoy the view of the Borromeo Gulf. In front of the porch there is a small well-kept garden with beautiful palm trees and also the brand new large 5-seater heated Jacuzzi tub. The ground floor competes with a large, well-equipped kitchen and a service bathroom, without shower. A designer metal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one with lake view and one with garden view, and a bathroom with bathtub, also with garden view. In addition, there is the bright master suite with a double bed and a large terrace with lake view. This room has an en suite bathroom with shower. Behind the house there is a garden with many plants that goes up the hill. At the highest part of the garden there is a flat sunbathing area with sunshades and deck chairs, from which there is an enchanting view of the Borromeo Gulf and the islands. Below the house in the basement there is a bright suite to accommodate two extra guests with a bathroom where a modern sauna is available for guests. Two parking spaces are available, one covered and one inside a single garage . In 5 minutes you could reach the centre and the lakefront by car or 15 / 20 minutes on foot .
