The apartment is located in a private residence in Vercana, a small village above Domaso. The resort also includes a small, beautiful swimming pool (5.5 x 6.5 m) on a terrace with panoramic views of the lake. From the reserved parking area, can be reached by a staircase to the private entrance of the apartment. The three-room apartment is approximately 60 m2 (on 2 floors). On the first floor there are: kitchen with gas cooker (4 burner) stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Dining area for 6. Living room with satellite TV, double bed, balcony with lake view. Guest toilet. An open staircase leads to the living room floor. On the second floor are: bedroom with double bed with a small balcony overlooking the lake. A second, smaller bedroom with bunk bed. Relaxing retreat

Great stay, easy communication with hosts. Loved the view and kids loved the pool. The patios on both floors were especially great.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir sind mit Baby (9 Monate) und Hund verreist. Es gab ein Bad im OG und eine Toilette im EG. Im OG gab es außerdem ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett und nebenan war das eigentliche Schlafzimmer. Im EG befand sich neben der Toilette die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genieße. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus.

Hervorragender Urlaub

Die Wohnung war genauso schön wie beschrieben. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, nur hätte, als Anregung, ein Toaster die Ausstattung noch komplementiert . Der Ausblick von den Balkonen war traumhaft und mit der ausgefahrenen Markise konnten wir sehr gut dort essen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar. Toll war auch der Parkplatz, in direkter Nähe, oberhalb des Hauses. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter und würden sehr gerne noch einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Clean, quiet and beatifull view

We had 10-day lovely days in this apartment, that was very clean and welcoming. Guisi is a friendly host and was there do show us everything at arrival. The area is quiet and the view from the terraces was indeed beautiful. From the bed upstairs you can fall asleep looking over the lake. The add doesn’t state, that there is a room with a bunkbed as well. The bath is adequate and clean. Only small negatives is a bit boring pool area (but nice pool) and there is quite a steep walk in to town. Domaso has was you need and in start July there wasn’t too crowded. All in all we recommend this apartment for at quiet stay at Como and a great place to explore the lake and a trip to Milano and elsewhere. Thanks to Guisi to making us feel very welcome and at ease.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Comersee und die umliegenden Berge. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, sehr freundlich. Für Leute mit Hund nicht ganz so ideal, da in naher Umgebung wenig Möglichkeiten zum Gassi gehen ist.Vielen Dank Giusy

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en het appartement was zoals de foto’s van de website. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon beneden en boven was fantastisch. Ook het zwembad was fijn om naar toe te kunnen gaan met ook weer een prachtig uitzicht over het meer.

Immer wieder gerne

Sollten wir mal wieder an den Comer See reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Ferienwohnung nehmen. Die Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist toll. Selten haben wir eine so saubere Wohnung erlebt. Giusi ist sehr zuvorkommend, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Die Wohnung hat einen traumhafter Blick auf den See. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Bilder entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohlfühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn es nochmal nach Italien geht.
