The apartment is located on the first floor of a small house in the center of Verduno and has a long balcony overlooking the Langhe. The construction of the house dates back to the early 1900s and has characteristic plaster ceilings such as those exhibited in the museum of the territory of Magliano Alfieri Cuneo. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed for two, access to the south-west facing balcony, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and a bedroom also facing south-west. The accommodation is well ventilated with opposite windows and patio doors.
From the balcony there is a view of the Langhe and the internal courtyard embellished with flowering plants and many flower pots.
In the immediate vicinity (30 m) there are two characteristic restaurants with typical Piedmontese cuisine.
The apartment can use a swimming pool that is 200m away belonging to the holiday home of the same property called "la Vigna del Parroco", as seen in the photos

Nice apartment

Verduno is a nice town with a few restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and big enough to spend a few days in Piemonte. The kitchen offers space to cook a nice mail yourself and has a big refrigerator and freezer. The balcony provides a view over the beautiful hills. The advertisement mentions a washing machine in the apartment but it's not there. The advertisement also mentions the possibility to use the swimming pool of another vacation home. It is in walking distance and is a very nice pool with the most stunning view over the valley. In addition to the advertisement: you have to make a reservation to go swim there and pay a fee for every time you want to use it. Just so you know. We had to shorten our stay unfortunately because the mattress was uncomfortably firm for us. This is a very personal experience of course and Andrea (the host) couldn't quickly change that even if he wanted to very badly because he wants his guests to have a pleasant stay. Andrea reacts quickly and is kind and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, wines et cetera.
