Hotel was surrounded by homeless persons and was not safe for our staff to check in. I requested a full refund and was denied and had to do a charge back on our credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was 1/2 the size advertised. Homeless everywhere. Got hit by a “local” female because i was having a smoke alone and she didn’t like it. Left a day early was told to be refunded my last day considering i was assaulted on the property and never got it. Lady at the front counter and older cleaner were awesome people otherwise. 100% would not recommend.

The service was lacking. The bar staff was also the check-in staff, and it was a busy Saturday night. The room was small, but excellent! It even had a cook stove.

Get what you pay for

Cons -sketchy part of town. Would not suggest leaving anything in your vehicle -homeless sleeping in the front door entrance -“front desk” is not staffed most of the day. Have to go to the bar and ask for someone to come and help you. Took 20 minutes upon check in for someone to come help. When my key card stopped working I waited nearly half an hour for someone to give me a new key. -very outdated -beds are small, uncomfortable and loud. Headboard not attached to bed and had to shove a pillow behind it to stop it from knocking against the wall Pros -price -my room was very quiet. I imagine the second floor over the bar might not be. -seemed pretty clean
