This hotel needs a thorough clean…the hallway carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. We stayed as a group and rooms varied in states or cleanliness and disrepair with torn/melted bedding and torn shower curtains and rods pulling out of walls. Multiple rooms in our group had plumbing issues and people could not get toilets to flush consistently. We did let the front desk know and they did what they could - but with no maintenance staff working on a weekend there was little they could do to resolve the situation other than moving rooms which was appreciated. We found the hotel both difficult to deal with and then also very good to deal with throughout our booking process and stay. Multiple times staffing issues were referenced by staff as the causes for issues - but the manager was gracious and seemed to be trying to do her best with what she has to work with and was friendly, although sometimes difficult to get a hold of. Rooms were well appointed, but the price did not reflect the location, quality or the experience. There is opportunity for this hotel to be great - but it felt more like booking an Airbnb with all their rules and processes than a hotel…and a hotel that’s clean goes a long way.

We had the efficiency room, which worked for us as there were mostly fast food restaurants around. We had to put a towel by the door because there was a cold draft coming into the room. The staff were friendly. That was our 3rd time staying at this hotel, the reason being we had family living there.

Our room was dirty. There was someone’s pants in our room and the blanket on one of the beds has brown spots and red lip stick marks on it. Super gross. There was food wrappers by the nightstands and under the bed. Makes me wonder if they ever clean the rooms properly
