The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, a spacious lounge perfect for family evenings, and a bathroom. Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy the peaceful view of the pine forest — the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a sunset aperitivo with the sound of cicadas in the background.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, large wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom; and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or younger guests.
