The rooms were great with a lovely deep bathtub. The front staff was efficient but not friendly and we got no "hellos" when walking past any staff which felt off. Thats the only thing I'd change.

They put us in the end room that is right outside a major freeway so basically paid $130 for an hours sleep.The girl at the desk said well next time you stay we'll give you a discount.Sorry there won't be a next time, by the way its room 119..Very bad service and im in the industry.

Problems solved !!!

While staying in Vernon - I took ill and the many hiway reports of snow were very disturbing so we hoped to extend our stay by one more night, in the same room, so we did not have to packup & unpack again. The front desk clerk said "no problem!! " We were thrilled and relieved and travelling the next day was totally problem free !!

I like room Configuration and location. I really dont understand why you dont have coffee pods like every other hotel especially because you dont have a free breakfast. The hotel acress the parking lot loterallly jas free brrakfast and rooms are the same so why would i choose this place again. I thought i would try it for a change but nope not again!!! PLUS when the hotel Is NOT fully booked why would you put someone next to the elavator!!!! That would be one of the last rooms you should book!!!

Dubious neighbourhood

The hotel itself was great. The area around it, not so much. We discovered a homeless camp across the road, which left us concerned about the safety of our vehicle at night. We subsequently chose to move to another hotel a bit out of town, and hopefully in a safer location. I would encourage the hotel to contact local government / law enforcement to deal with the problem.
