They did not supply the room I booked because they were sold out. I had booked over 2 weeks before. They put my in an “upgraded” room. The issue with the upgraded room was I could hear the highway traffic all night. When I went to ask to be moved I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to come to the desk. It is a nice hotel but it looks like they overbook and will move the Expedia booking if they overbook.

Kitchenettes and generous room sizes. Comfy beds. Great soap/hair products. Clean and well functioning hot tub. Clean bright hotel. Cafe close by. Not really in a neighborhood. More like a commercial area in suburbs. Would have liked to walk to more places. There are sidewalks and lighting so that was a Positive of the neighborhood.

We liked the room. Bed was very comfortable. The 2 complaints we had were that we found a couple pieces of hair in bathtub. Kinda gross! The other thing there was a cup laying on the floor under the coffee maker. Other than those two things we we had a great stay!! Wud recommend!

The room was very pleasant really nice and big bed and the surprise was I had a kitchenette very luxurious bathroom with an incredible shower and a very big TV that a person can see it very impressed. Thank you for the stay.

The hide-a-bed pullout couch was absolutely horrible. Ridiculously thin and uncomfortable. The room is sold and was booked as 4 adults, that bed is not appropriate as such. The relatively new table almost fell down due to how poorly constructed it is. No coffee in room, just decaf and tea. The coffee maker in lobby was Out of Order and appears to have been that way for some time. Rate was reasonable, room was barely satisfactory. Should not be sold as appropriate for 4.
