Having to call the front desk for bedsheets that have actually been washed and being told that housekeeping is done for the day. Then sending grandpa in his slippers to come and change them, is more than enough that this establishment should consider closing.

This property was awful the rooms were terrible. The sheets were not changed they were stained found disgusting things in the bed stains on mattress. Gapes in door & bathroom door was broken. The air conditioner was so filthy . Over all not a good experience. Needless to say didn’t stay.

Disappointed that the pool was not open as our kids and us were looking forward to swimming. They should have emailed us to warn us so we won’t bring all the swimming gear and toys etc.

My bedding had stains, and the desk was visibly dirty. The food section was concerning - the employee touched some of the food with their hands. Coffee was very bad.

The service was good, Continental breakfast was decent, I found the bed to be very uncomfortable and not sure the floors were ever washed, my feet were black after walking barefoot. Not sure I would stay there again

Great staff and help!

I had to change hotels and was helped with my baggage before my room could be ready. -9 am. I had to leave for work so could not stay or come back after check-in. The staff held my belongings and moved them to my room for me.
