The room I received was designed for mobility challenged persons—special toilet seat, light switches low etc. the facility is in desperate need of upgrading. Old and dingy halls. Staff were excellent and the central courtyard was still a magical place with tropical motive, lounge and intimate atmosphere

Lovely atrium! I enjoyed a swim in the pool and a relax in the hot tub. Hotel staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Tried dinner in the new "brew pub", but am unable to give the staff there a thumbs up. But do book your stay here, maybe try the dining room in the atrium instead of the pub.

TV wasn’t working. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. A great improvement would be to have a few glasses rather than paper and plastic cups (tacky). This is wine country, a wine glass wouldn’t be remiss.
