We asked for an early check-in, which was thankfully arranged for us. The room was clean, the hot tub and pool were amazing! The one male staff at the Cabana bar was so polite and friendly! We wish we could remember his name. The food at the Brixx Brewhouse was excellent, and we watched the World Series there for 2 nights. The hotel was very quiet, which was lovely for our girls trip to Vernon!

We stayed at the Vernon Lodge 50 years ago during our honeymoon, and it hasn't lost any of its luster. Rooms are fresh and up to date, bed was comfortable. Staff was good except while I was pulling the car up to the front while checking out, my wife was struggling a little with the luggage trolley - two men at the desk but no one offered to help.

I stayed in room 145. Overall my experience was good. The one issue I had was the viaduct for air, outside of my room was consistently making noise throughout the night as it’s not a fitted pipe but a plastic shoot. This noise just kept waking me up throughout the evening, but I’m sure for more sound sleepers it wouldn’t be an issue.Guests were respectful and quiet in the space and the location is otherwise great, offering you lots of services and amenities around the local area and the hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
