This property is located on the beautiful Orchid Island in Vero Beach's Central Beach. This 1100 square foot townhouse offers an unbeatable location, nice size enclosed porch, and manicured backyard with private parking. The interior was recently renovated and decorated in a comfortable and up-to-date style. The first floor includes an open floor plan with direct access to the lanai. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a super comfortable queen bed and lots of space. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Murphy bed. There’s a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Great for year round Florida living.
