This home is amazing. Clean, comfy, well decorated and fully equipped. Mermaid bedroom is a charm. The outdoor space was the best. Location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this home whether you have 2 people or a family of 8.

No hot tub. Some of lights not working. Very clean. Need an explanation on how tv works. Was a nice place other than no hot tub. Which was very important to my family. So will not be rebooking again. The owners or I should say person they left in charge was very accessible. And compliant. She answered our ?? Quickly. And was very responsible.

Great vacation home

Wonderful home that we used to tske a 5 week break from the freezing northeast. Perfect stay!! Plenty of room in the house and the best warm in ground pool and lanai!!! Swam every night and enjoyed the Blackstone grill! We were anywhere from 10-20 minutes to the most beautiful beaches and great places to eat. Property manager, Dave always answered the few questions we had promptly. I walked the neighborhood every day with my dog and felt very safe. People were very friendly. It’s really a wonderful home. My children and grankids visitors for a week and cried when it was time time to leave. Don’t hesitate to book!

Wedding visit

We stayed at this terrific location while attending a wedding on John’s island. The host was very communicative and the house was spotless and very accommodating. Centrally located and loads of fun in the games room. The pool and hot tub were heated and I would highly recommend staying here if the opportunity arises.

Great location for what we needed. The bedrooms are right by each other, which was not exactly what we expected, but that is pretty normal for older type homes. There is a lot of space for entertaining. Neighborhood was nice and neighbors were friendly. Would stay there again.

Great Pirate House

Excellent getaway house! The location was perfect for our family of four-- nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved that there were so many options for fun at this house- pool, hot tub, ping pong, billards, and shuffleboard. Lots of good times and memories made while staying here, cant wait to visit again!

Great vacation home

Comfortable home with plenty of space to spread out. The screened in pool enclosure was relaxing, no bugs! There is also a covered and screened area adjacent to the pool with grills and a hot tub to enjoy when there is a quick thunderstorm. The game room allows plenty of space to spread out. en srea

Very comfortable and spacious with many amenities

It has a great location and is very well-kept. There is ample parking and a lovely back porch. However, the listing says it sleeps 10, but it really sleeps 8. I had to ask for an air mattress and received a new one a few hours later. Besides that, it is perfect for our visit to Vero Beach for a family wedding.

Above and Beyond

Everything here is cute, cozy, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and had a lot of laughs playing ping pong by the pool. The house has plenty of room for everyone, so much in fact, that I didn't discover the third bathroom off the dining room until our second day there. The game room is awesome! All in all, a great house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. They go above and beyond to provide a great stay.

Everything was great and in place. Only negatives were kitchen Teflon pans were badly scratched and master bedroom did not have light baring curtains, Everything else was great.

Lovely, very well-equipped home in convenient location. Kitchen fully stocked as well as bathrooms. Nice linens and theme tropical bedrooms. Everything you need for your stay. Amazing home! We would stay there again.

We loved this home. It was very clean and modern. We all enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and game room. It is only minutes from the beach. The listing was a bit confusing. It's posted as 4 bedrooms, and an office with a bed; sleeps 10. We only saw 3 bedrooms, and the office with a bed. We had enough beds for our family; however, the kids were disappointed thinking that they could have their own room. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!
