Enjoy being outdoors in the tiki bar while enjoying Happy Hour, music, TV, sports etc on the Roku TV. Beach towels and chairs provided will make your trip to the ocean or river comfortable and enjoyable.
The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the sand before entering the home, while the parking is convenient for your boat or jet ski. There are options to enjoy oceanfront or riverfront restaurants and boutique shopping in town.
Orlando is only 1.5 hours away for a day trip to Disney World, Universal Studios or even a day at the beach. For local entertainment, the Saturday farmers market, monthly downtown Friday festival, Vero Beach Museum of Art, Riverside Theater, roller skating rink, golf courses, breweries and antique mall are all nearby.
For a relaxing day, opt for a spa day at a nearby resort or indulge in the local fresh seafood cuisine. The home sleeps 8 with a pull-out couch in the game room and living room. The washer and dryer make it easy to pack light, so you can take advantage of the variety of activities in the area, including airboat tours, river cruises, paddle boarding, and fishing.

To create the best stay for our guests, our home is cleaned to VRBO’s standards according to a checklist that is completed to ensure cleaners don't miss items. Photos are taken after each cleaning. There should not be any issues, however, if anything is missed, please reach out immediately upon check-in. The cleaners have a satisfaction guarantee and will return to correct issues in the rare instance something was missed during the cleaning. Please let us know immediately upon check-in should there be a concern.
House Rules & Important Info
#1 Pets
• No pets allowed. Any undisclosed pet violates the rental agreement and is grounds for termination of your stay without refund.
#2 No smoking inside the home
#3 Noise Levels
• Please keep noise level to a minimum. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music after 10pm. Please know that you will be asked to vacate the property if police have been called to the residence for noise or any other issue without refund.
#4 – Kitchen, Dishes, and Grill
• If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would load the dishwasher and turn on before you leave.
• Grill must be cleaned by guest if used to avoid any additional fees. Use at your own risk.
• We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out.
#5 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Insurance. Any exception to this is grounds for termination of your stay without refund.
#6 - Check Out is 10am
• Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10am to clean the property in preparation for the next guests to arrive.
#7 - Lights & Heating
• We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and turn air conditioning up when you leave the house each day, and on check out.
#8- Pool
• Pool: The pool is to be used at your own risk. Children MUST be supervised at ALL times. There is NO diving, NO running, NO glass, and NO horseplay in or around the pool. There is a pool box behind the tiki bar with floats and pool toys. Pool accessories should be laid out to dry properly before being put away. Towels should also be laid out to dry before being placed in the laundry room upon departure.
#9- Hot Tub
• Hot Tub is ready for use, you only need to remove the cover. Please place cover on when not in use. Do not use it under the influence of alcohol. Children MUST be supervised at ALL times.
• Use at your risk.
#10- Insects
• Depending on the time of year, the bugs outside can be a nuisance. We recommend using a bug repellent of your choice. We treat the property but cannot guarantee a complete bug-free environment inside or outside due to typical Florida conditions.
#11- Pool Table & Games
• Please use with care and enjoy. Leave them as you found them.
#12- Entry
• Please refer to your check in message for the code to use.
#13- Trash and Recycling
• We do not use a trash can in the tiki area to prevent attracting critters. Please use proper receptacles for all trash and do not leave food outside. There is a recycling container on the porch, outside of the kitchen. Upon leaving, place trash and recyclables in the proper receptacles, located on the right side of the home, opposite the tiki area. Trash is picked up Tuesday morning. Put trash and recyclables in proper receptacles at all times and if you are staying during trash pickup, please place cans at the end of the driveway Monday night or by 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.
#14- Maintenance
• Pool cleaning and lawn maintenance is done on a regular basis. Schedules may change due to weather.
#15- Parking
• Driveway and carport. There is a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. There is also a carport that can cover 2 vehicles or a boat. The carport is 10 feet high, the width is 24 feet and 30 feet deep. Do not park on the street.
#16- Internet
Free Wifi is included in your stay. The modem can be found in the living room by the TV.

#17- TV
• We offer Roku TV’s with several apps to view many channels to watch. Hit red button on remote, then hit home button, use the arrows to choose which app you want to watch, you can choose Randy or create a new profile of your own. Then select what you want to watch. You can always go to the HOME button to begin searching. There is a microphone on the remote to speak what you want to watch.
#18- Towels & Linens
• At departure, leave bath towels in bathrooms, dry beach towels placed in the laundry room, bed linens will be removed by cleaners. Place additional used blankets in the laundry room.
Amenities
You will find an iron and board in laundry room. There is a hairdryer located in the bathroom vanity, as well as shampoo and body wash.
