The location is excellent, very close to the coliseum and Casa de Julieta and great shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my room had a horrible odor that was very cloying. I opened the windows and it somewhat disapated, however, the room sould not have been rented to guests.

Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again. Thank you Accademia!

Quirky hotel in a great location between the Arena and Juliet’s balcony. My single room was spacious with everything I needed. The bed was definitely bigger than a single! The welcome drink was a nice touch on arrival. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of hot and cold food. The hotel was very busy though!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! The location is centrally located. 4-5 minute walk in every direction will bring you to all the historic sites Cafes are equal if not better than formal restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff and hotel itself. It was all magical! We will return
