Centrally Located Hotel Basics

This is a centrally located hotel with all your basic needs met. It has a large room with comfortable bedding, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast was not the best during our two-week trip in Northern Italy, but it met the basics. The best aspect of this hotel is the location. Many relevant attractions are within walking distance.

Great location and staff

Great hotel in a central position of the old town. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff and above average breakfast and insanely sweet pineapple.

I felt lied to when I arrived. I thought I had upgraded my room to the one advertised with a view but was told that one had been given away. When I asked if there were others they said there was only one in the entire hotel and that I should have known to call and ask for it before checking in….also, the coliseum was closed and Juliet’s balcony was closed too. Both of these are advertised on their website as available things to do. Total lie….and there is no other place to park as it is located down a tight ally so be ready for the extra charge. Other than that the construction noise wasn’t too bad and the beds were comfortable.

We arrived very late, and the staff waited for us and helped us park. Very grateful for their service. Also, the hotel is right next to the big main Piazza and near the small Colosseum.

Great location in the heart of Verona ! Walkable distance to every major attraction in the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. They had a good variety of breakfast in their buffet. I would definitely stay here again !

Great location in the old city of Verona, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel had a good, fresh breakfast selection to get you started on your day. Room was a good size, comfortable and had a great view from the 4th floor across the roofs of Verona.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Location is very close to arena and center of town. One street over from main shopping street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were excellent. Apartment is very spacious, beds are super comfortable, very clean. Quiet at night even with windows open. 10/10
