It is located on the first floor of an elegant building with lift. The bright living room which gives access to a large terrace overlooking the Guerrina park, is composed of a sofa bed, an LCD TV, a dining table for 4 or 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, teapot, Moka pot, juicer, pots, washing machine and table for 4 people. The double bedroom is connected to another terrace with a built-in kennel for your animal friends. The second bedroom with a splendid view is furnished with two single beds and a large wardrobe.
