Had all the amenities. Very close to transport links. Spoilt for restaurants. The receptionists were amazing. Sophia gave us recommendations for restaurants. Both the receptionists helped in explaining the transport links, so we had day trips to Venice and Lake Guards. I would recommend staying here.

Loved the location. The check in Process was easy and the hosts were very very helpful. We were able to walk everywhere even to the train for a day trip to Vicenza (without luggage). The sofa bed was very comfortable so the three of us had our own space.

Truly nice!

We had a wonderful time in Verona, in great part due to Truly Verona. We were welcomed with all the information we needed in terms of what to visit and do in Verona, with clear details on the map. Then we were accompanied to the lovely apartment where we were shown all the things we needed to know there. The place is new, very nicely designed and furnished. It is located very close to the bus that goes to the train station and not far from the city center. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of light. It is situated in a quiet street. The day we left, it was raining, and we were offered an umbrella so we would not get wet on our departure. It was all details.

Great Stay in Verona! I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Verona. The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect—close to local shops and plenty of dining options. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions that made everything easy to follow. The room was comfortable, although there were a couple of minor maintenance issues (e.g., a broken shower door). Despite that, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I had a great time, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona!

The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5.
