L’appartement a une décoration minimaliste, mais est assez fonctionnel. L’accès, notamment en voiture, n’est pas très simple. Manque d’entretien du terrain et de l’environnement extérieur.

Point positif : le parking appréciable (peu d'emplacement) Points négatifs : Route principale, donc un peu bruyant. Maison agréable mais non adaptée aux seniors (3 niveaux donc escaliers pour wc et terrasse). Equipement cuisine un peu juste pour 4 personnes (couverts)
