Hello, we are Alexandra & Guillaume, we have a little boy named Malo.
We have recently renovated an outbuilding in our house.
We nicknamed it "THE HOUSE"
You will find in "the house", an industrial workshop decor with touches of color.
A small garden, a terrace and a private closed parking.

Near the castle of Chaumont sur Loire.
15 minutes from Blois (41).
20 mins from Amboise (37).
40 mins from Beauval ZooParc

In "the house" he forbids 🚫 from smoking and bringing animals.

To make the accommodation clean.
And we want to go upstairs to get off your shoes.

We will be delighted to receive you and present you our house completely renovating ourselves.

Merci à Alexandra, nous avons passé une halte agréable dans sa maisonnette. Idéal pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire et le zoo de Beauval.Place de parking dans la cour extérieure.Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants. La climatisation à l'arrivée était une bonne surprise.Je recommande vivement.

Agréable séjour

Très bien situé ce qui permet de visiter de nombreux Châteaux sans faire trop de kilomètres. Le zoo de Beauval est également proche. Logement propre et qui correspond à la description.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, cercano a Blois, Chambord, Tours, Chenonceau etc... Muy nuevo, limpio, funcional. Con aparcamiento propio y una terraza donde poder desayunar o cenar. Anfitriones muy amables. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Maisonnette très agréable ,très bien située ,accueil parfait et rien à dire sur la prestation. Il manque juste quelques détails sur l'équipement de la maisonnette afin de ne pas déranger les propriétaires avec ses questions, mais j'ai eu mes réponses très claires et rapidement. A recommander sans aucun soucis.

Sympathique loft au calme pour un séjour au bord de la Loire et des châteaux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 3. Ancienne cave refait en loft, sympa et charmant. Une terrasse privative et une place de parking + un endroit fermé ou ranger nos vélos. Cela donne sur la rue, assez calme. Endroit central pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Elle se trouve dans la propriété des propriétaires (très sympa) mais cela ne dérange en rien. Il faut noter que tout est ouvert à l'étage donc ça peut manquer d'intimité si on est plusieurs adultes. A 3 avec un enfant sur le canapé lit en bas c'est très bien ! On reviendra avec plaisir.

Très bien accueillie par la propriétaire des lieux. C'est une jolie rénovation faite par les propriétaires ave des équipement complets. Elle est individualisée avec une petite cour qui permet de garer sa voiture.
