This 63 m² air-conditioned flat, located on the 1st floor of a residence without lift, is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for the whole family.
You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of its large, shaded 17 m² terrace, which opens onto a vast 3-hectare ‘green strip’, a real haven of peace for young and old alike.
For moments of relaxation and coolness, the communal swimming pool at Marina Lodge is accessible to all residents and open from 1 June to 30 September. The perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, combining nature and comfort.

The flat has 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!
