Misleading location

This place shows the location is in the town of Vico Equense and that is a 5 minute walk to Guisso Castle and 2 minute walk to 5 different restaurants. This completely untrue. I booked the place based on the location since we were going to take the train to the town. Then about a week before the trip I decided to put the address in google maps and it showed it over 20 miles away on a completely different coast outside Positano. I asked to cancel it since it was not in the location advertised. They said it was non refundable and said they recommend a car. They refused to give me even a partial refund. I feel like since it was false advertising the fact that it was nonrefundable shouldn’t matter and I should get at least a partial refund. They didn’t even refund the cleaning fee. They asked me a day before the check in if I was still coming. I didn’t answer because we were traveling and they never sent the check in info. I still am wondering if this place is real and I got scammed. I am super disappointed with Hotels.com also because the wouldn’t give a refund either and the place is still advertising the wrong location.

The property was idyllic and perfect for our family Easter break. Spectacular views that we truly miss. We spent several days just relaxing in the sun loungers, swimming in the pool, cooking and eating in the al fresco dining area. When we did leave we caught buses from the bottom of the drive, to Positano and Sorrento where we caught the train for excursions to Pompei & the Naples area . Our hosts were lovely and helped us navigate our needs in an unfamiliar territory from the moment we landed to the moment we flew home
