Great size family house with 3 bedrooms. Positioned across the street from the gorgeous tidal lake, safe for swimming and paddle board.
Master with great size ensuite with oversize shower, b rand new plush king size bed, Large 60` smart TV on the wall, ceiling fan, 2 large built in robes and has amazing block out blinds. 2nd bedroom has x2 Plush King single extra long beds that, on request can be made into a super king bed, ceiling fan, built in robe and block out blinds. 3rd bedroom has a Plush queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan. ( All rooms have built in robes and complete block out blinds). The family room and kitchen area has an 8 person dining suite, breakfast island bench with 3 bar stools, Nespresso coffee machine, water access from the fridge, Living by design furniture, large 65`TV on the wall and smart home speaker for bluetooth accessibility for music. This large back area flows outside to the very large covered patio area which has an outdoor setting and Family Webber Q BBQ. Room in the extremely neat back yard with outdoor shower, allows a great play area for kids to run.
Whole house has smart Samsung ducted heating and cooling not to disappoint! An all-round beauty with the comforts of home.

Guest accès is via a lockbox on the side gate and wifi name and password on the fridge.

Family friendly. Locked side gates with child safe back yard. Playground around the corner with family friendly swimming beach to the lake across the road along with a great cafe next to the lake. Outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet after swimming at the lake or the beach that is 300m from the house.
No stairs, all on one level with a seperate TV room in the middle of the house & TV in master bedroom- 3 Smart TV`s in total which allow you to log into your Foxtel, Netflix and Prime accounts. Great blackout blinds for those sleep in days and a workstation desk for those working from home zoom sessions. All linen and towels, including beach towels and tea towels provided. Beds will be all made up ready to go with individual amenities bag for your convenience.

On a peripheral road with bus stop close by. Hospital is around the corner and only 5 minutes drive to Victor Harbour Main (Ocean Street) drag.

7 days a week local support for any issues. The house is alarmed but this function will not be in use during your stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
