Over all this is a decent place to stay. Its not fancy but the beds are comfy, the pillows are fluffy, and its clean!

The area was quiet and the view was nice. Things to know for next time… ground level is not easily accessible for persons with mobility aids, 2nd floor would have been better. Rooms are not cleaned, towels changed or garbage removed unless you request it, the current policy is to clean your room on the 4th day. Our floor was very sticky and dirty and I felt like I was asking a lot for the housekeeper to wash it. It was not scheduled, thankfully she obliged to our request.

I thought the room was great very clean, staff was very helpful, beds were pretty comfortable there is no elevator, but I don’t mind using stairs, it’s close to everything that I needed, I would most definitely stay here again.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. They do a great job on keeping the place clean and tidy. We brought 2 dogs and they can walk in the glass field on the ground.

Nice location, had booked a top floor view suite months in advance for a special occasion, called to confirm and early checkin online but when I showed up given a first floor room and told no other availability and since prepaid, no compensation. Dishonorable service.
