Didn't eat at the hotel or attached restaurant, but the hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming and quick to help & the location was only about a 20-30 minute walk from downtown. Would definitely stay again when im visiting Victoria!

Room was not serviced within specified time, left dirty. Fridge was making noises but they were unable to repair. Stiker plate for door lock was loose. Took 2 days to be repaired. Extra safety lock not installed properly, would not stop door.
