Clean, efficient use of space, decent sized bedrooms and bathroom. Open area for kitchen. Close to downtown. Food and convenient Facities in the area. Parking was ok. Small patio.

Guest suite was nice enough, but we didn’t get check in instructions & had to track down the phone number of the owner, which wasn’t easy.I also think including pictures of the exterior on the booking site would be good. So people know what to expect from the neighbourhood. Luckily it was a short drive into Victoria,

I would like to give a positive review of this property, but unfortunately I can't. It was poorly supplied (inadequate toilet paper and no paper towel/Kleenex/laundry detergent), the bed frame in the second bedroom was broken and the cleaning was sub par (I'll spare you a photo of the bathroom vent, believe when I say it was disgusting). We messaged the owner about the low toilet paper supply and was told there *should have been more; however, nothing was done to address this. Photos of the outside of the property would have been more telling and we likely would have passed. We will not be staying here again.

Victoria guest house

A few things missing from kitchen supplies that would have made things better. Disappointed that there was no basic tv included snd wish there was a book of instructions for things in the house. It was a very nice guest house, snd the location was great for us.
