Terrible experience - avoid.

The sofa had stains and the pullout sofa bed was incredibly dirty. We had our child sleep in the king bed with us. There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed either. More importantly the rooms door wasn’t sealed. There was a gap between the door and doorframe. Every hotel room door is required to be properly sealed per Fire Code. The breakfast was also terrible. I found hairs in the hash browns the first morning we were there and the second morning we didn’t even go get their breakfast. Will not return.

I asked when we checked in about a place to eat. I was told there were no place close. I traveled 10 miles back into Victoria to eat. The room was average but not worth the price. I could have stayed cheaper on the north side. I stayed here because it had a high rating but I don’t know why the high rating.

False advertising

I made a reservation online then found out they didn’t even have any rooms available. You shouldn’t make reservations if there aren’t any rooms available. Couldn’t understand the guy I talked to either.

Stayed for a softball tournament. Several teams stayed. Room was not very clean, big live roach crawling on the floor. Was woke up at 3am with a domestic dispute going on in the hallway. Screaming and hollering profanities. 0 security, phones did not work. Blood in the hallway the next morning. Overall, not a great experience.
