Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary sparkling welcome wine. The room was spacious, beautiful view, original decor and comfy bed. The breakfast was top notch, delicious and different choices. This hotel is not cookie cutter. Would recommend!

Nobody at the front desk both at arrival (though i received an email to invite me to come as my room was ready) nor at departure the next day. My tv was broken or I wasn’t accessing the correct buttons, and no instruction manuel in the room. Soaps and products were unscented and underwhelming. Its nice when you stay somewhere to look forward to these products.
