The power went out in the morning while making a coffee The AC was on at the same time and when we checked out I mentioned it at the front desk and he said if the AC and coffee maker is on at the same time the power could go out? Fix the power or at least warn your guests so that doesn’t happen The room was very warm with no heat on and needed the AC

We had a family of 5 and young kids. The suite was awesome and served our family well. Its close to the city that you could run in, drive in or bike. Quiet space and the staff are amazing.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Staff were so friendly, the rooms were quiet and the beds are so comfortable! I was completely blown away by their complimentary custom ordered breakfast that gets delivered to your door in the morning. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use their also complimentary E-bikes or kayaks. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Victoria.

Smelly but comfortable.

While the bed and pillows were comfy, service good, and shower clean, the smell of mold or must over shadowed our stay. The old carpet and furniture made the room feel and smell dirty.

The house keeping seems not doing the jobs. It says it will service the room every theee days, but didn't do anything.

This hotel is very clean, has excellent amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. Only downside is the ongoing construction on Gorge Rd, (since December 2024). Overall I would recommend this hotel if u don’t mind the sound of jackhammers at 7:30am.

We had a terrible night the room was hot we turned on the AC and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep the whole night. then we turned it off after a while and then I felt I couldn't sleep because of the mattress, it wasn't comfortable at all, not coming back to this property. we ordered for our breakfast among other things eggs but we didn't get the eggs not sure why.

Limited Breakfast

I would have given a 5* rating for service if they had a breakfast as advertised. I was expecting a standard hot breakfast in a separate room. Which I think is being renovated. The option we were given was to fill in a form and pick a time for delivery to your room. The 3 time frames given were 1 hour long. That meant somewhere in that time frame your breakfast of toast, boiled egg, packaged oatmeal, apple, orange and or coffee would be served. From the description I would expect instant open the package and add hot water breakfast. As a result we had breakfast elsewhere. Other than that the room was old but spotless and QUIET!!! We will stay there again.

I checked in super late and received the wrong password to wifi to begin with. There was stain all over the curtains. When I went for breakfast included I received breakfast once. I ask for service in room and they never replaced the towels. So I got to shower with a hand towel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Inn is pet friendly and my dog had a beautiful bed, a food bowl, water dish and goodie bag waiting for him - all sanitized. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff.
