We stayed here for two nights for a family getaway. We were able to check-in early which was nice. The location is very nice, conveniently located, quiet and very close to local attractions and shopping. The pool and gym are great amenities. It is a great location for a weekend away for a couple or a young family. I might suggest getting two rooms or a different setup for traveling with teens. The sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. The hotels only restaurant was currently closed until summer.

Comfortable, some parts cramped,congested internet

Nice place, very convenient to the ferry, however the internet was overloaded and unreliable and the end tables by the bed were too small and barely able to squeeze in my cpap machine, phone, etc that I need next to the bed, which barely fits in the space (I couldn't squeeze along one side at all). The parking spaces in the parking lot are too small as well and I could barely get in/out of my car. It is nice that they have a couple of EV charging spots though.

The hotel is very outdated, had a problem with the heat… Even though I turned it off at the wall, the register kept blasting hot air. Had to sleep with a window open, and they were people outside, talking on their cell phones most of the night as a room backed onto the parking lot.

My room was nice enough but it was smelly of either old food and/or mustiness. The rug under the bed had not been vacuumed as I found used Q-tips under it.

The property is in a great location, in the middle of downtown Victoria. The check in and check out process was easy and the price was very reasonable. However, the suites are a bit rundown and could use some maintenance. The restaurant was not open in the hotel when we were there.

Old style charm

Old style charm accommodation with very welcoming, professional staff. Reasonably priced, well located in downtown area, quiet safe neighbourhood, safe outdoor parking lot for vehicles not able to enter all the underground parking in the city because of height restrictions.

We stay often and enjoy the pool and hot tub. A suite is so comfortable with the separate bedroom and kitchen. It's nice being able to not eat out for every meal. We will be back!
