The location is really good. It’s walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. It’s just 3 min walk to stephanplatz metro line. The only downside is their wifi, its too weak. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. I will recommend it.

While this is listed as a 4-star hotel, it does not feel like one. The property is dated a bit. Hardware on the window in our room was broken. They replaced linens only once during our 7-day stay. Otherwise, the property is in a prime location in the old town, very convenient for reaching all tourist sites. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Absolutely at a prime location. Nestled on a quieter plaza in the middle of the bustling Innere Stadt, the hotel location was so convenient yet pretty quiet. The room we got was also very clean, modern, and spacious enough for two people.

This hotel is situated close to the major attractions and one street over from the major shopping street. There is a large grocery store within steps so it was very convenient to purchase baked goods, fruits, and drinks to have in our hotel. Because the hotel is very central, it can be quite noisy at night with people talking in the square, traffic, etc.
