Quick trip to Vienna

Very pretty and nice big hotel. Rooms comfortable. Close to public transport, easy train ride into the old city area. Right next to the beautiful Schonbrunner palace and gardens. We did not eat at the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe’s around. There are about 3 parking structures nearby, one right before the hotel. The negative is that the door had to be pushed hard to make sure it clicked closed. The walls were thin so the guest noises from the hall came through loud and clear, which was annoying whenever a loud bunch of people would walk by the room

I was a little concerned because this property was not in the city center but it was a fantastic location. Located right across from Schonbrunn palace gardens you can start your day with a coffee and stroll (or run!) through the park. The hotel is convenient to the local tram and you are in the center of the city in no time at all. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. I highly recommend.

Great area for the hotel and the hotel itself, whilst a bit dated in places, is quite charming. Our main problem was that the suite we booked to sleep 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) just had 1 double bed - with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms! This was unexpected- we were provided with 2 roll in / out beds when we went to reception but these were pretty uncomfortable for 2 nights. But for the beds situation the hotel was good but that did lower our thoughts somewhat given we booked a suite to sleep 4 people

We enjoyed the quiet and clean rooms. The breakfast in the morning was sumptuous. The access to the Schoenbrunn palace and gardens was an unexpected bonus.

Fabulous hotel

Very comfortable large room. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere.
