This was our 1st time staying at the Hilton Vienna Plaza hotel and it did not disappoint. It is an easy short walk from the U2. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was uber clean and spacious. The on-site gym, one of the best we have seen in a while. We had breakfast included and there were plenty options from vegan to non-vegan. The hotel is located in a good walkable distance to th city-center. There is also a pharmacy and grocery store within a block or two of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in ned to be approved. We came over an hour before check in, just to be told that we have to wait until 3 o'clock check in time. But didn't get our room until 4.30pm Also area around sink is so small that we had to put some of our stuff on the floor next to the shower

ery disappointing stay at Hilton Vienna Plaza. The room was poorly maintained and cleaning standards were unacceptable — we even found underwear left behind from a previous guest. The pillows were horrible, and my family developed allergies likely due to dust in the room. The room was noisy and extremely hot because of the heating, with no effective way to cool it down. The bathroom only had a handheld shower head. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Service was overwhelmed and clearly unprepared for the hotel’s occupancy. The worst part was trying to order room service for my hungry kids late at night. The front desk said they were too busy and would call back — they never did. At 11pm, I had to leave the hotel and go to McDonald’s so my child could eat. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences.

The staff was always helpful and courteous. The room was too warm and humid despite trying to put the thermostat below what was allowed. The reception area was not easily found but the after hours self serve shop had a decent selection of items for purchase.

Nice big room with comfortable bed. Some traffic noise. Good variety of food for breakfast but hot food was barely warm. Poor dinner selection and very expensive for what was available.
