The room was clean, and the front desk staff was courteous. The only downside was that the one complimentary coffee machine was broken. They suggested I go to the hotel next door to get a cup of hot water. It would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Great Location, Great room, very clean, next to Hofer food store, central station and metro. City metro pass is only 22 euro per week. Ask Info office in main train station. Go to Henry’s in the center- best cafe/ market - best place $ for quick lunch - but it’s hard to find a seat. Cafe Prückel - for late night coffee- best old world Viennese coffee shop. Also- Falco’s for late night get together

Non helpful staff, urged to rate 5 stars on google just to get early check in. Room is tiny and has door connected to other room, A/C does not work and the water is either too cold or too hot. Do not recommend.
