Excellent hotel with a cool concept

This is a very good hotel and close to the city centre. Spacious and clean rooms, good facilities and a great concept. Breakfast was good too. The only little complaint I have is how one of the waiters in the rooftop bar was not so helpful when we told him about being entitled to a 20% discount. Moreover the aperol spritz tasted more like soda water. Pity because all the other staff were great.

The rooms are not clean. Very dusty and poor ventilation. Rooms needs to be vacuumed and cleaned every day to prevent this. Using eco as an excuse is not acceptable. Dust builds up and gets in the airways, especially when the heating is turned up. Toilets also don’t have good ventilation which is unhygienic.

Sweet spot

Cool hotel in a great location. Decent fitness room and a great little sauna. The record player in the room (and records available to borrow) was a nice touch!

Upon arrival, we informed the property that we needed to cancel two out of the three nights. They assured us we would receive a refund, but now they are refusing to honor that commitment. It appears this hotel cannot be relied upon to uphold verbal agreements.

Lovely place but bring a towel.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, staff lovely and cocktails on the roof a must. Only gripe was that foodwasnt available 2 of the 4 nights and the towels are useless they are so small we did ask for more but they were barely above a hand towel.

It is a beautiful hotel with nice staff but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We asked to change the mattress and they said it is all the same. The suggested upgrading to a suite and we paid extra but still it was not comfortable. We couldn’t sleep well and woke up everyday with terrible aches.
