We had a lovely stay in Mercure Wein City Hotel. Front desk/ Reception staffs were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping and kitchen/dining room staffs were doing a great job. Highly recommended this Mercure Hotel in District 2. Just 3mins walk and you're in St. Stephen's Cathedral, City Center..

Good location (within walking distance to several must-see sites). Overall clean and comfy rooms. But for the price paid, we were disappointed to see signs of deterioration in our room and room cleaning on one of the days we stayed was below standards (crumbs left on the bedside table, area around the sink not cleaned and cups/mugs not changed).
