The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a well-maintained residential house next to the Danube Canal, a side arm of the Danube which leads through the Inner City of Vienna. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants.
Next to the apartment is also the Vienna University of Economics and the 'Augarten' Park, home of a porcelain manufactury and the 'Viennese Boys Chor'.
The close Metro and tramway brings you in a few minutes into the center of the city.
The apartment was renovated in 2011, elegantly furnished and equipped with WiFi Internet, 40' HD Flat TV and all small details you need for a relaxing stay.
