We had an nice stay at Max Brown Hotel. The service was attentive and greeted us each morning, and the check-in was smooth (initially). We did have an issue with the room and had to speak to the manager for rectification and she did deal with our concerns amicably. Overall, the room was very comfortable and the location was great to access the public transport towards the city centre.

No mini fridge, no safe, very dark room, not enough lighting, bathroom had very dark walls and not enough lighting, could not see my face to shave easily. No coffee in the room, no paper tissues, over all very cheaply set up with a very expensive rate!!! Will never go to this place again.

This is THE PERFECT hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfy. Friendly and helpful staff. Great quiet location but close to main tube line and two stops to central Vienna. Lovely bar area to have a quiet drink at the end of a busy day.

Clean room and lovely staff. Great comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet street. I still wore earplugs because of sounds in the hallways (noisy kid or coughing), which worked well to get a good sleep. The neighbourhood is lovely with great places to eat and shop.

Vienna, we will be back!

Good location just a few streets away from the underground. Easy walk into town if that is your thing. Rooms are quirky & basic but have everything you need with comfortable beds. Surrounding area very quiet after 10pm.

I had a wonderful stay at Max Brown Hotel. I had 2 nights booked and I arrived very early in the morning. They allowed me to have an early check in for a very reasonable fee which was great after a long flight. Reception staff were very friendly, breakfast was fantastic and the location is great.
