We loved the hotel. It has a fun, kinda quirky vibe, it has everything you need, and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast was pricey, so I got the “breakfast kids” the first morning, and the guys at the desk were very friendly. My only negative was the second morning. I asked for the same simple breakfast and was told I had to leave the lobby. The lobby was only for guests who had paid for the full breakfast, (like my friend). That seemed a bit petty! I ate in the hall by the restroom!

Great location, clean room. Unfriendly staff. When we tried to rent a bike, they were very uninterested in helping, and asked us to come later. Lift didn’t work for most of our stay. Not the easiest to get in and out of the hotel.

The Ruby Lissi Hotel was quiet and well situated very close to a metro stop, as well as an airport bus route (which was a great deal!). It was also walkable to the cathedral square and in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. We did not have any meals there so I can't speak to the restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Easy access to everything you need to see and do in Vienna. Located 1 block from transit. Check in/out was easy. The room was small but did the trick for us. Recommend this hotel!

I like a quirky boutique hotel but this place has a few downsides. Tiny desk space in rooms, cluttered with a lamp & speaker which you have to put in floor to work. Breakfast a bit hit & miss with drinks, cutlery etc. Limited news channels - would benefit from a few international options. Room temperature controls a bit pointless but the window dies open. Hotel & design is good, just some basics need attention.

Pillows are terrible. They are even somehow stinky, like if a lot of people have sweat on them. Bed spreads are like individual size, so you get 2 for a queen bed. Weird smell. No A/C. So even when it wasn’t cold outside, the room had like a central heater that forced us to open the windows to get fresh air. So, the noise came to play a roll too.

It was quirky and different but very comfortable and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and check in and out was easy. Rooms were clean, warm and nicely decorated. Hotel is great for walking to all the attractions.
