Except for news channels, there were no English language TV networks. There was no smart TV. A leg was missing from a bed, but not repaired until 36 hours after notification. Room was not cleaned until after our 2nd night.

Had an amazing stay! My room was spotless. Staff were helpful. The only thing i noticed was the shower room didnt have any doors at all, good thing i was by myself though.

The location is great, close to the Central Vienna station and easy to get around with public transport. Rooms are spacious and clean also comfortable. Breakfast was fine, buffet style. Enjoyable stay.
