We enjoyed our brief stay at Leonardo Hotel. The hotel room was nicely appointed. We enjoyed its convenience to shopping, transportation and points of interest. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would not mind staying again during my next trip to Vienna.

The location is great, steps from the train station and a stop for the hop on/ hop off buses. At check in they give you the option to have your room made daily vs every 4 days. Unfortunately, even though I asked for daily service, the room was only made once. We ran out of shower gel and there was no refill. They do not offer you any no toiletries either.

Hotel was easy to locate, nice location abc paid parking lot right next to hotel. Down side is that it was 87 degrees during our stay. Hotel advertised they had air conditioning, but they had an air cooling system instead so our room was cooling but still warm. It would have been fine except it was very warm and humid during our stay. Breakfast buffet came with our room which was a nice surprise. It had everything you could want and more and I’m a very picky eater.
