Great hotel, with fantastic location near central train station. Easy to get anywhere in Vienna that youโ€™d want to go. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Nice pleasant staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is that the shower/toilet setup is rather odd. No door on shower, only a half screen which offers no privacy at all. We made it work, but it may not be appropriate for all traveling together.

The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they spoke English very well. The breakfast was delicious, though it would be even better with a wider variety of cheeses and fruits, such as berries. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. I also like that we could refill bottles (hotel provided) with refreshing water. Very nice gesture for tourists like us! More importantly, the location is very convenient for traveling around the city.

Loved our stay at Leonardo. The rooms were big and comfortable. Very clean. Only problem as the distance between the hotel and major attractions. Other than that, it was fantastic. The breakfast was supreme.

Pillows need to be firmer. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic. Staff was courteous, rooms clean, convenient little store with snacks and drinks in hotel and plenty of breakfast choices. Having a nespresso machine and fridge in the room was a great perk.

Cosy and comfortable hotel with a good location, especially if you are travelling by train or plane. Elevators are very slow, be ready for long waiting during the breakfast time.
