What I liked about Amari Vientiane are the following: A) Safe, Safety and Privacy; B) Location; C) Nice Room; D) Strong Wi-Fi Network; and E) Friendly Professional Customer Service. What I didn't like is the lack of good menu choices food cuisine and bar / entertainment.

The condition of the hotel is excellent as it just opened months ago. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best, it could be as they are still training staff, I expected better for 5 stars. There is a loud nightclub downstairs across the road which we could hear at night until late. The bed was comfy and the buffet breakfast was nice.

Amari is a big and beautiful hotel. I stayed in a deluxe room 1110. It was very spacious and clean. Bed was kind of hard but the shower water had great pressure and was hot. The air conditioning was very good also. Roof top bar was a nice atmosphere. The only thing missing for me was the spa not being open yet due to still training new employees. Other than that I would definitely stay here again and use the $20 luxury car service from the airport to the hotel.
