Staff very helpful. Exceptionally clean. Tidy furniture. Hot shower. Good air conditioning. Only suggestion is that it might be good to have some blinds between pool and reception, ones that still let in light but block view of pool.

Modern and Well designed Hotel

We had a nice dip in the small pool. Room was lovely and well designed. Fridge and TV were great. Decent bathroom and shower. I don’t want spag bol or pork rice for breakfast. These are the only two options. It would be such an easy win to just offer some toast or some cereal to keep the westerners happy. Otherthan breakfast, a great stay.

Some parts were good: it's not too expensive, the beds are comfortable and the look of the hotel and rooms are good. However: noise carries very well in the hotel; it's not in a great part of town; the pool is adjacent to the cafe and road so is very visible; the breakfast is not good (toast-omelette-pasta dish-tea, and does not even include coffee) ; the staff kept forgetting my breakfast order; the hotel has a hot water problem etc

It;s a very nice place to stay with very accommodating staffs. Room was very clean, house-keeping is done daily, even towels were changed daily. The breakfast was simple, hotel reception desk is a cafe.

Staff are friendly and beds are comfortable. This is a good place to stay in Vientiane. The only negative is that we had to leave the room if one of us needed the toilet, as there are no doors on the bathroom and you can hear EVERYTHING!

clean but small hotel. bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Only issue was the hot water was not running well which made is a bit hard to shower in the evening. The breakfast was ok. They charged us for coffee as only tea is included in the breakfast. No one mentioned to us that coffee was not included. Not a big issue but it's good to let the customers know what is included and not in the complementary breakfast.

Its a quest-house with lots of young very noisy people. The coffee shop located at the reception contributes to the noisy atmosphere. Room doors lock in very a noisy way, as well.

Very happy with our stay. I really like this place. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was acceptable but after 3 days a little tiring of only omelet. But that was ok for the price. Very lovely staff. English could be better but I could learn to speak Laotian! They were very helpful. Good capachino's too.
