Casa Raia is a characteristic two-story independent house located in the heart of a little village facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Casa Raia you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea and of the other buildings. Casa Raia is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Raito, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 150 meters (490 feet), the bus stop at 60 meters (200 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Vietri beach) at 2.8 km (roughly 1.74 miles). You will reach Casa Raia from the street level going up a short public route that includes approximately 40 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Raia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, downtown Vietri sul Mare in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Terrace 1
The first terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with marble. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). There is a practical fireplace made of glass. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first terrace going up a spiral staircase, climbing 15 steps. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
