My property is walking distance to Vigan Heritage Village or Calle Crisologo, museums, town plaza and other tourist destinations. You can also just literally walk to local coffeeshops and resraurants in Vigan. Bus station can also be walk from my place. Groceries, laundry shops,market is also very accesible.
The building that my condo is located has a security guard 24/7, has a parking space for every guest and also has a gym.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned condo. Conveniences include a sofa bed and an iron/ironing board.
