Personnel courtois. Une erreur dans la description de la chambre indiquait qu'il y avait une cuisinette alors qu'il n'y en avait pas pour une chambre standard. Il aurait fallu payer 50$ de plus mais la réception de l'hôtel a acceptée de nous le faire au même prix

There was no reception attended there.

We were unable to get into our paid for room because there was no receptionist there. There was a note saying that the reception was closing at 12:30 that day, even though our check-in time was not until 4 pm.

Great staff & parking. I was glad to be able to do my laundry, but the process was more difficult than it should be. One washing machine was down, and the dryer was programmed to turn off after 30 minutes.

Don't do it

We did not stay due to the fact we could get no food or drink anywhere near hotel,check in person tried and could find nothing I tried to tell hotels. Com about our ordeal & requested a refund none of which has happened. Be warned this is not the hotel you want to stay at & hotels.com I'm still waiting for my refund. (Please note I had to give the bad scores because it would not let me post without a score, obviously I don't know because I didn't stay.)

Great quality place and service

We stayed only one night to break in half the long trip to our final destination, but we have had a great experience and we are definitely glad for choosing this place, also considering that we had chosen the same place as a one-night-stop for our trip back home.

Disappointing

We rented this hotel for part of our stay in italy. It stated a kitchenette however had no utensils or kitchenware. There are few restaurants within walking distance.

Clean, Modern and spacy!

Very modern hotel! Clean, they even cleaned our dishes in the kitchen, while we were out! Spacy for family of 4. 2 adults in the bedroom, and 2 kids staying on the sofa in living room. The Wi-Fi is fast! The location about 30 minutes drive to Venice, that was perfect for us, because we were driving a car. The staff was showing us very good restaurant 6 minutes drive away (not only pizza/pasta, but good Steak and good desserts) Parking garage with elevator.

Modern but sparse

Clean modern Hotel amongst offices in commercial area. Rooms large but sparse,reception closes at 9.30 but can be reached by phone for later check in. Breakfast poor with little choice. Ok for overnight business stay.

Staff was hospitable, for the short time they were available. There was no service over the weekend and they closed at 9 daily so we had to use our same towels. They have a make-shift breakfast which wasn't available on Sunday as we paid for during booking. We spent hours trying to locate the hotel initially even with the gps. It's a true business hotel, everything surrounding it was closed for the weekend. Pull out couch was comfortable. Channels on TV went in and out. Heating device was inoperable. The kitchenette was a nice feature. Excellent wi-fi!

Very Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It's very clean, modern, roomy with lots of useful amenities. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen. The queen size bed was relatively very comfortable, unlike most European hotels beds. Loved the bathroom, especially having the shower and toilet/bidet separate from the sink area. Two people can get ready at the same time! It was nice having a espresso maker with complimentary coffee pods. Having a fridge was also convenient. We were able to keep snacks around for our late night cravings and morning breakfast. The staff was extremely nice, spoke good English and even called a cab for us each time we needed one. The only downside was the 15 minute cab ride to the Padova train station, which costed an average 20 euros each way. Downtown Padova is close by, about 5 minute away. We would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

excellent hotel-residence,for those whot are in car or motorised vehicles ,because it's a little bit out of Padova, and since we were travelling by bicycles,it was less easy to return downtown, but the hotel itself is a perfect one.And not to forget, we rent this luxury for a more than very smart price

run, not a real hotel

No one after 9:30pm, no service on Saturday and Sunday. No cleaning on Saturday and Sunday. AC doesn't work at night. Cannot find anyone to repair. Sweating all night. Not a real hotel.
