In general the room was clean and well kept. However the room I was in absorbed every sound outside the hallway. Unfortunately I had 3 families down the hall with kids running and screaming back and forth until almost 11pm and then again in the morning for 3 hours (which I tried to resolve). I asked the manager about changing rooms at which point he said they were checking out. There was some random man sleeping on the couch in the sitting area on 1st floor. No hot water when I used the shower the morning I checked out. The price was not worth it. I felt that the room lacked any warmth and it was quite alarming to walk in the room with both tvs blasting.
